Currently when a user receives an email that is a BCC they are not certain if they are in the BCC field.
Previously in old versions of Lotus Notes (6.5) when a user was BCC they would see their name in the BCC field in the email that was sent to them. It showed them right away when they opened an email that they were blind copied.
Now in Lotus Notes 8.5 when a user is BCC there is no longer a BCC field. Rather they just see who was sent the email. Then they have to manually check the To fields and see if they were BCC. This is causing some confusion in the users as they reply to all when they are in the BCC field and they didn't know that they were blind copied.
I am not sure why IBM changed this default on the template, can you inform me if there is a setting or preference or any way to show the BCC field when users open emails?
